Enjoy a special Ikebana exhibition as well as demonstrations of the art of Japanese Flower Arranging at the Cherie Flores Garden Pavilion in Hermann Park’s Centennial Garden
Ikebana, or Kado, is the Japanese art of flower arranging. It is considered one of the three classical arts of refinement.
Crafted by the skilled members of Ikebana International Houston Chapter #12, visitors can experience this special art form at Japan Festival Houston.
Each ikebana demonstration is 20 minutes long. Please note that seating is limited.
